And then there is 'Guild Master - Create Your Own Guild' mod which will let you create a guild and set the guild hall anywhere you want in Skyrim. SKSE is also not available for consoles, due to the fact that it can load and run DLLs. There you’d have probably seen some awesome powerful weapons and I personally was pumped to try and find something of the sort for my next Skyrim playthrough.
